Shipping policy

POTR Pots are posted in standard sized, Royal Mail large letters designed to fit through your letterbox, so you never miss a delivery. By using the postal service rather than courier delivery we are able to drastically reduce the carbon footprint during transport and delivery.

Bulk orders will be bundled and sent as a small parcel (large orders will not fit through a standard letterbox). 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders are sometimes subject to duties and taxes fees which are not associated with our brand and are the buyer's responsibility. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
